The Importance of Communication Skills for Engineers

Information has to be imparted and exchanged clearly at the very core of leading, influencing and guiding a group of people or an organization. Even if the leader has an efficient way of meeting the deadlines within the allocated budget and timeframe in mind, it is still important that the messages, instructions, knowledge and ideas he/she conveys are able to convince the others to carry out certain activities which will fulfill his/her initial plan.
